Activity 1- Making of bird shelter /bird nest from coconut shell and coir

Children will need –

empty coconut shell in half

coconut coir

fevicol

makhana to be use as egg

Children will put fevicol on the outer side of the shell and paste coconut coir all around the shell .Once it gets dried out fevicol on the inner side and put some coir and coconut dust inside also .Now put big size makhana as bird eggs in it .

This activity can be done with a group of children or individuals depending on the availability of material.

नारियल के खोल और जटा से पक्षी आश्रय/पक्षी घोंसला बनाना

बच्चों को होगी आवश्यकता-

आधा खाली नारियल का खोल

नारियल की जटा

फेविकोल

मखाने का उपयोग अंडे के रूप में किया जा सकता है

बच्चे खोल के बाहरी हिस्से पर फेविकोल लगाएंगे और खोल के चारों ओर नारियल की जटा चिपका देंगे। जब यह सूख जाए तो अंदर की तरफ फेविकोल लगा दें और अंदर कुछ नारियल का बुरादा और नारियल का बुरादा भी डाल दें। अब इसमें पक्षियों के अंडे के रूप में बड़े आकार के मखाने डालें। .

यह गतिविधि सामग्री की उपलब्धता के आधार पर बच्चों के समूह या व्यक्ति के साथ की जा सकती है।

Activity 2 – पेड़/घास के साथ हाथ के निशान वाला बंदर/हाथी।

हैंडपेंटिंग की सहायता से बंदर और हाथी का निर्माण

यह एक मजेदार गतिविधि है जहां बच्चे अपनी हथेली पर पेंट लगाएंगे और कागज पर हथेली के निशान छापेंगे। एक बार जब यह सूख जाए तो बंदर का चेहरा/हाथी का चेहरा, आंखें खींची जा सकती हैं। बच्चे आश्रयों के बारे में जानने के लिए हरे रंग का उपयोग बंदरों के लिए पेड़ और हाथियों के लिए घास का मैदान बनाने के लिए भी कर सकते हैं।

This is a fun activity where kids will put paints on their palm and print them palm marks on a paper .Once it gets dried monkey face /elephant face ,eyes can be drawn . children can also use green colour to make trees for monkeys and grassland for elephants to learn about their shelters.
