Creating a society which
enables every child to thrive and live with dignity...

What We Do.

We are on a mission

To transform the public education system by cultivating a conducive ecosystem that promotes inclusive, competency-based learning

Prajayatna is a not-for-profit, development initiative, working to bring about a systemic change in the public education system in India. Registered as a society in 2008, Prajayatna has been working with teachers, communities, local government bodies and the education bureaucracy towards the holistic development of schools and Anganwadis.

Early Childhood Care and Education : Nurturing Holistic Development

The early years is important as a foundation for the inculcation of social, personal habits and values, which are known to last a lifetime. It is crucial to ensure an enabling environment for every child and thereby a sound foundation for life. We firmly believe that a well-functioning Anganwadi has the power to shape a child’s destiny, fostering lifelong development in a positive manner.

Kalikayatna : Unlocking the Power of Learning

Our mission is simple yet powerful – to unleash the full potential of every child by nurturing their unique learning styles and learning ‘how to learn’. This requires an enabling ecosystem. We strive to ensure with all the stakeholders that the government schools are active learning spaces for the children.

Enabling Inclusion: Supporting Children with Disabilities

our mission is to create a more inclusive and empowering future for children with disabilities. We believe that every child, regardless of their abilities, deserves access to quality education and the right to live a life filled with opportunities and happiness.
