**ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ:**

**ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ 1 - ಚರ್ಚೆ/ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಪ್ರವಾಸಗಳು:**

ಈ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯ ಹೆಸರು : “ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ”

ಅಗತ್ಯ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳು:ಭೂ ಸಾರಿಗೆ, ಜಲ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಯು ಸಾರಿಗೆ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳು.

ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ : ನೀವು ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಹೇಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತೀರಾ? ಜನರು ಒಂದು ಪ್ರದೇಶದಿಂದ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಹೇಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತೀರಾ? ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಡುತ್ತಾ, ಭೂ ಸಾರಿಗೆ, ಜಲ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಯು ಸಾರಿಗೆಯ ವಿವಿಧ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸುವುದು. ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿದ್ದರೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಅಗ್ನಿ ಶಾಮಕ ಠಾಣೆ ಭೇಟಿ, ಹತ್ತಿರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದೋಣಿ ವಿಹಾರವಿದ್ದರೆ ವಿಹರಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಬಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮಾಡಿಸಬಹುದು. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಯಾರು ಯಾರು ವಿಮಾನ, ದೋಣಿ, ಕುದುರೆ, ರೈಲು ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀರಿ? ಎಂದು ಕೇಳುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅವರ ಪ್ರಯಾಣದ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಿರಿ.

ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯ ನಂತರ:ರಸ್ತೆ ಸುರಕ್ಷಾ ನಿಯಮಗಳು, ರಸ್ತೆ ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ಸಂಕೇತಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪತ್ರಗಳು, ಕೋರಿಯರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ? ಎಂಬುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿರಿ. – ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು.

**Activity : **

**Activity 1** – **Discussion/Field Trips:**

Teachers can discuss different modes of transportation on land, sea and in the air. Teachers can encourage children to think and come up with answers for the questions like -

- Talk about how people get to where they are going (school bus, ferry boat, car etc.) 
- Teachers can also ask if anyone has been on a plane , a train, bus, a horse etc.
- Ask how students get to school everyday. Make sure to review safety rules (seat belts in cars, obeying traffic signals, walk and don’t walk signs).
- Discuss how letters,couriers are delivered at home.
- Leave lots of time for discussion among children as well.
- Incorporate field trips if possible to nearby fire stations,local river banks for boating, school bus ride etc.

**ಈ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯ ಹೆಸರು****: “ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಚಾರ ಸಂಕೇತಗಳು ”**

**ಅಗತ್ಯಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳು****: ಫ್ರೂಟಿಜೂಸ್‌ನ ಖಾಲಿ ಡಬ್ಬ, ಕೆಂಪು, ಹಳದಿ, ಹಸಿರು ಕಾಗದ, ಗಮ್, ಕತ್ತರಿ ಮುಂತಾದವು.**

**ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ :****ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಯೂ-ಟ್ಯೂಬ್‌ ಲಿಂಕ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ತೋರಿಸಿರುವಂತೆ ಜೂಸ್‌ನ ಖಾಲಿ ಡಬ್ಬ, ಕೆಂಪು, ಹಳದಿ, ಹಸಿರು ಕಾಗದ, ಗಮ್, ಕತ್ತರಿ ಈ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸೇರಿ (ಈ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯ ಜೊತೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಯೂಟೂಬ್ ಲಿಂಕನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿ) ಖಾಲಿ ಜೂಸ್ ಡಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿ, ಕಪ್ಪು ಬಣ್ಣದ ಕಾಗದವನ್ನು ಅಂಟಿಸಬೇಕು. ನಂತರ ಕೆಂಪು, ಹಳದಿ, ಹಸಿರು ಬಣ್ಣದ ಕಾಗದದಲ್ಲಿ ಲೈಟ್ ಮಾದರಿಯನ್ನು ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿ ಅಂಟಿಸಿ, ಟ್ರಾಫಿಕ್ ಲೈಟ್ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿರಿ. **

**ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯ ನಂತರ:****ಟ್ರಾಫಿಕ್ ಲೈಟ್‌ನ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸುವುದು. ನಂತರ ತಾವು ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಟ್ರಾಫಿಕ್ ಲೈಟ್ನ ಮಾದರಿ ಬಳಸಿ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಚಾಲನೆಯ ಅಭಿನಯ ಮಾಡುವುದು. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ,  ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿ ಟ್ರಾಫಿಕ್ ಲೈಟ್ಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಹಾಡನ್ನು ಹಾಡುವುದು. (ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಯೂಟ್ಯೂಬ್ ಲಿಂಕನ್ನು ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.)– ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು**

**Activity 2-**  **Making of traffic signal**

Material required for the activity

Empty juice carton

Red,green,yellow paper 

Glue 

Scissors 

Teachers will help children in making traffic lights and discuss the significance of it . Children need to paste black paper on an empty carton and then cut all three colour circles and paste them on it. Here is the link attached for the rhyme which can be sung after the activity .
